Easter Mocktail Recipes (Kid-Friendly)

So much focus is put on Easter dinner that we often times forget about the drinks and this year with everything that is going on in the world, you may want to add a little extra flair to your family meal by serving a special drink. Here are some quick and easy non-alcoholic kid-friendly drink ideas for Easter.

ORANGE SPARKLERS

3 ounces of orange juice

3 ounces of club soda

Simply mix together and serve over ice.

RAINBOW PUNCH

8 ounces orange juice

8 ounces pineapple juice

8 ounces Hawaiian Punch

1 liter Club Soda 

1 liter Ginger Ale

1 quart of Rainbow Sherbet

Pour all the liquid ingredients into a large bowl filled with ice. Add sherbet just before serving.

GOLDEN EASTER PUNCH

6 cups water

4 cups sugar

1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice

1 (12 ounce) can orange juice concentrate

1 (6 ounce) can lemonade concentrate

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 (2 liter) bottle Sprite or 7-Up

1 quart pineapple sherbet

In a pan over medium heat, bring the sugar and water to a boil. Cook just enough for the sugar to dissolve. Remove from the heat and cool. In a large bowl, add the vanilla, soda and juices and sugar water; stir well. Add sherbet just before serving.

EASTER EGG HATCH

7 oz Frozen Vanilla Yogurt

4 oz Orange Juice

2 tbsp. Sugar Syrup (recipe below)

Using a blender, blend 7 ounces of crushed ice and all theingredients until smooth, about 20 seconds. Serve immediately.

Sugar Syrup

1 cup sugar

½ cup water

In a saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.  

EASTER EGG CREAM

1 1/2 oz chocolate syrup


Cold Milk


Seltzer



Fill an 8 oz glass 2/3 of the way full with cold milk. Pour in the syrup. Top it off with seltzer and stir.
